Jalapeno Shrimp & Grits

Shrimp and grits is a traditional dish in the Lowcountry of the coastal Carolinas' and Georgia. My approach was to encompass that-- while also adding culinary flare by adding a kick from both red and green jalapeno's and cheddar cheese to add some depth of flavor.
